de Vere by name de Vere by nature is one way to sum up the lead stickman in Tourist. The youngest member of the band, Simon de Vere has creative blood flowing thickly through his veins stemming from his distant French ancestry. His father re-inacts an uncannily convincing impersonation of 'Robin' from the Bee Gees in his popular tribute the band the "Gee Bees" whilst his uncle is an Award Winning photographer attributed to his distinct monochromatic style.

Simon is determined to continue the de Vere family tradition by flowing his energies into the pursuit of the arts and this is where we will find him.
